Normally in a food blog we find all yummy and tasty recipes which can be consumed by a fit person. However, there are very few options for a person who is having stomach problems like gas, indigestion and acidity. Today I have a very tasty and nutritious chicken recipe which sick people can enjoy. It will also act as an agent to bring back taste for a person who has been suffering from fever.
So, here goes the magical recipe:

INGREDIENTS:
Chicken: 500 gms
Raw Papaya: 1 big cut in big pieces
Potatoes: 2 medium, diced
Beans: 6-8 cut in 2 inch size
Carrot: 2 medium diced
Onion: 2 medium chopped
Tomato: 1 medium chopped
Butter: 1 tea spoon
Jeera powder: 1 tsp
Coriander powder: 1 tsp
Turmeric: 1 tsp
Hung Curd: 1 tsp
Ginger grated/paste: 1 tsp
Garlic paste: 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Water: 2 Cups
Black pepper powder: 1/2 tsp

PROCEDURE:
Marinate the chicken with curd, turmeric, jeera powder, coriander powder, some salt and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Now heat the butter in a fry pan and add the ginger garlic paste to it. Saute for 1 min and then add the onions. Saute for another min and then add the carrot, beans, tomatoes, potatoes and papaya. Mix well and cover and cook for 5 mins. Now add the marinated chicken into it and saute for two mins untill the colour of the turmeric spreads to all the ingredients. Cover and cook for 7 mins in low flame. If we see now that a lot of juice had accumulated, increase the flame and saute for sometime till the chicken and vegetables become semi cooked. Now bring the flame to stop. In a pressue cooker, pour the water and the chicken and put on flame. Add some salt if you wish. Cease the gas, when you get the first whistle.
You can open the pressure cooker after 15 mins.
This recipe has to be served with white rice.
Sprinkle some pepper powder while serving.
